So a strange this happened today, I actually wanted to go for a run. I was feeling blah and a little bit useless and pissed off with the world and I decided I wanted to go for a run to make myself feel better. I did 5K straight through in a fairly decent time and felt great when I was done. This was the first time I ran straight through and the first time I WANTED to go for a run, strange but true.
"Every morning in Africa a gazelle wakes up. It knows it must move faster than the lion or it will not survive. Every morning a lion wakes up and it knows it must move faster than the slowest gazelle or it will starve. It doesn't matter if you are the lion or the gazelle, when the sun comes up, you better be moving.
